We provide FREE standard delivery (3-4 working days) on all orders to Mainland UK with no minimum purchase required. Orders totalling £99 or more automatically qualify for complimentary DPD Next Day Delivery.

All orders valued at £99 and above ship via DPD Next Day service at no extra charge.

Order cut-off times:

• Monday to Thursday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched same day
• Friday: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched same day
• Orders received after these times will be dispatched the following working day

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. We understand that timely delivery matters, which is why we partner with premium courier services.

Friday orders placed before the 1:00 PM cut-off for next-day delivery will arrive on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please select this option at checkout.

We cannot accept liability for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Luminex LED cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

We ship globally from the UK using tracked services through DPD, Royal Mail, and ParcelForce. We deliver to most destinations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North and South America. Accurate shipping quotes for your location are available at checkout.

We offer a hassle-free 15-day returns and replacement policy because your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original condition with undamaged packaging within 15 days of receipt.

For faulty items, we’ll cover return postage costs when you use Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery within 14 days of receiving the product.

All products available in variable lengths are precision-cut from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls to your exact specifications. Only select items come pre-made.

Because our made-to-measure products, including LED Strip Lights and Neon Flex Lights, are customised specifically for your order, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please verify all order details carefully before purchasing, as these items are classified as special orders and are non-refundable once processing begins.

Exception: Full 50-metre rolls may be returned for a complete refund if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Products cut, configured, or mixed to your specifications
• Orders with custom cutting lengths
• Any order exceeding £50 in value (classified as custom orders)

These bespoke orders require substantial preparation time and resources.

Unused accessories remain fully returnable, including:

• Power supplies and adapters
• Controllers and drivers
• Aluminium profiles and mounting accessories

Please be aware that any modifications to your LED products will void the warranty. This includes removing the plug from 220V/240V LED strips or neon flex lights and hardwiring them directly.
